Julie Weingarten, CHT
Julie Weingarten is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Trauma Practitioner, currently practicing in Altadena, Ca while mastering distant online sessions. She has an extensive background in child development which sparked her interest in various aspects of brain functionality, such as process information. To align the body and mind, Julie uses a combination of hypnosis with somatic healing, a practice of discovering how and where the physical body is storing and reacting to trauma and emotion. She specializes in releasing traumas and training women to be more in control of both body and mind, releasing potential triggers.
Julie is also an APPA certified Placenta Encapsulation Specialist and working with Sara of Mommy Feel Good, providing you mama’s with an all encompassing birth experience.

Hypnosis works from the inside out, by helping you access a larger portion of our brain that we’re not cognitively using, to better orient our subconscious with our conscious mind.
Packages
A minimum of 5 sessions are recommended, beginning at about 30 weeks for first-time mamas, 28 weeks for second (and beyond) pregnancies, and at around 25 weeks for multiples.
It is a recommended option for your birth partner to attend the final two sessions.
